Electric Bass: Kiichiro Komobuchi
Drums: Yuichi Togashiki

Led by composer, arranger, pianist, and keyboardist Eriko Tsukayama, this instrumental band features an urban, highly sophisticated style that blends elements of pop, jazz, fusion, rock, and Latin music.

The band began performing live in 2015. True to its name, "POPPIN'4" delivers a vibrant, "popping" energy in its live performances.

At the helm is sound producer and keyboardist **Eriko Tsukayama**, who brings both her extensive experience as a composer/arranger and a strong jazz sensibility to her playing.

On bass is **Kiichiro Komobuchi**, a versatile musician active across the Brazilian, Latin, and jazz genres.

On drums is the legendary **Yuichi Togashiki**, one of Japan’s most iconic percussionists.

In October 2026, the band welcomed guitarist **Takashi Yofu** as a new member. Embracing the theme "More Urban Vibes," the group now explores an even more stylish and "bitter" (sophisticated/edgy) sound.

POPPIN'4 is highly regarded for its excellent song selection. Whether performing original compositions, familiar pop covers, or jazz standards, the band captivates audiences with tight rhythms, rich harmonies, and brilliant, sparkling arrangements.
